Heikotel - City Nord, Hamburg

I had a comfortable stay at Heikotel - City Nord, with clean rooms and convenient access to public transport. However, my experience was marred by the unhelpful staff at the front desk who did not speak English, which made communication frustrating. While the breakfast was decent and the location was ideal, the overall service left much to be desired. 😕
